What people tend to say
Rather than pick out flattering quotes, it is more useful to tell you where the reviews cluster.
The consistent positives are the packaging and the unboxing — a lot of these are bought as presents and the box arriving ready to hand over matters more than we expected when we started. The ball quality comes up repeatedly, particularly from people who were sceptical about graded balls before trying them.
The consistent criticism is glove sizing. It is the single most common thing that goes wrong, which is why we ask for the size and hand at checkout, why we built a glove size guide, and why we replace them without an argument. If a review mentions a problem, this is usually the problem.

If something goes wrong
You are covered by our returns and refunds policy, and by UK consumer law regardless of what any policy says. Glove the wrong size, something damaged in transit, or simply not what you expected — message us and we will sort it out.
We would rather fix a problem than win an argument about it. A golfer who got the wrong glove size and had it replaced without fuss tends to come back; one who had to fight about it does not.
Common questions
Are these reviews genuine?
They are collected by Judge.me, an independent reviews platform, from customers who have actually ordered. We cannot edit the text and we do not delete negative ones.
Why is the rating not 5.0?
Because we sell mystery boxes and sized gloves, and occasionally somebody gets a box that was not quite what they hoped for. A shop with hundreds of reviews and a perfect score is usually a shop that has been selective about which reviews it shows.
Can I leave a review?
Yes, and please do — you will get an email after your order arrives. Honest ones are more useful to us than kind ones.
Is it safe to order?
