Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! We ship internationally, but please note that customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes based on the value of the product. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

What’s inside the mystery boxes?
Each box contains a curated selection of golf accessories, balls, and sometimes apparel. Since it’s a mystery box, the exact contents are randomly selected. While we strive to ensure each box is worth more than the sticker price, this cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.

Are the golf balls new?
Our golf balls are classified as A Grade Pre-owned, meaning they are hand-collected and hand-cleaned to ensure quality. Please note that our “A Grade” balls may differ from the same label offered by other brands due to our unique sourcing process.

Can I get multiple boxes with different items?
Due to the random selection process, we cannot guarantee unique or varied items across multiple orders. We recommend reaching out to us in advance if you want to avoid duplicates and confirm what you’ve previously received.

Can I choose the size or type of apparel?
While you’ll be asked for size selection at checkout, the boxes are not guaranteed to contain apparel such as gloves or clothing. Apparel inclusion is random and varies by box.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a mystery box?
Because of the nature of mystery boxes, refunds can only be granted under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., damaged or missing items). Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order and we will be more than happy to discuss solutions.

Ordering & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
UK deliveries typically take 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Our most common international destination, Ireland, averages a 7 working day delivery time.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Once again, if you cant find this please reach out.
