Our story
Golf gifts worth giving. Golf mystery boxes worth opening.
Clubhouse Goods is a UK golf mystery box company built on one simple idea: a gift for a golfer should feel as good to receive as it does to give. Every box is hand-packed in the UK with graded golf balls, accessories and clubhouse-ready kit — no gimmicks, no filler, no tat.
Hi, I'm Max — the golfer behind Clubhouse Goods
I'm a golf enthusiast, and I'll be the first to admit I'm not the best player on the course. What I do have is a genuine love for the game and a real urge to share it with other people.
I started Clubhouse Goods because I kept running into the same problem. Every time I looked for a gift for a golfer, the options were tacky, gimmicky or badly made — novelty tees, plastic tat and boxes padded out with things nobody would ever use. Golf is a game built on tradition, precision and pride. The gifts should feel the same way.
So we built the golf mystery box we actually wanted to receive. Every box is curated by hand with quality in mind: hand-collected and hand-cleaned golf balls, graded honestly against our published grading system, alongside accessories chosen because they earn their place in a bag — not because they filled a gap.
Thank you for supporting a small business, and for joining me on this. Whether you're buying a gift for a golfer or treating yourself, I want you to open the box and feel like it was worth it.

What we stand for
Quality over gimmicks
No novelty tat, no filler. If a product wouldn't earn its place in our own bag, it doesn't go in one of your boxes.
Hand-packed in the UK
Every Clubhouse Goods box is picked, packed and posted by us in the UK. Nothing is drop-shipped from a warehouse we have never seen.
Honest grading, honest value
Our golf balls are hand-collected, hand-cleaned and graded against a published grading system, so you know exactly what you are getting.
A gift for every golfer
From the weekend four-ball to someone who has just picked up a club, there is a box that suits their game and your budget.
How a Clubhouse Goods box comes together
-
Sourced by hand
We collect and hand-clean every golf ball ourselves, then sort them by brand, model and condition.
-
Graded honestly
Each ball is checked against the CHG grading system, so an A-grade ball is an A-grade ball every single time.
-
Curated, not random
A mystery box should be a surprise, not a lucky dip. We build each one so the contents work together and the value stacks up.
-
Packed and posted
Boxes are packed by hand and sent out from the UK, ready to be opened by you or handed over as a gift.
Questions we get asked a lot
What is a golf mystery box?
A golf mystery box is a curated selection of golf kit — balls, accessories and clubhouse extras — where the exact contents are a surprise. At Clubhouse Goods every box is built to a set standard of quality and value, so the surprise is what is inside, never whether it was worth buying.
Are golf mystery boxes a good gift for golfers?
They are one of the easiest golf gifts to get right. You do not need to know their glove size, their brand loyalty or what is already in their bag — you pick a box at your budget and they get the fun of opening it. That is why they work so well for birthdays, Father's Day, Christmas and golf day prizes.
Where are Clubhouse Goods boxes packed and shipped from?
Every box is packed by hand in the UK and shipped from here, with UK and international delivery available. Full timings and costs are set out on our shipping policy page.
What condition are the golf balls in your boxes?
Our golf balls are hand-collected and hand-cleaned, then graded against the CHG golf ball grading system. Each grade sets out exactly what to expect in terms of condition and playability — you can read the full breakdown on our golf ball grading page.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
Yes. If you would rather not leave it to chance, you can build your own box and pick the contents yourself. The mystery boxes are for people who want the surprise; Build Your Box is for people who know exactly what they want.
Do you do corporate golf gifts and golf day prizes?
We do. We put together bespoke packages for corporate gifting, golf days and society events, scaled to the number of players. Tell us what you are planning on our corporate and social page and we will build a quote around it.
