Returns and Refunds
Due to the customised and bespoke nature of our Golf Mystery Boxes, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Mystery Box Contents
Each box contains a random selection of golf accessories and gear, so we can't guarantee specific items. Product images and advertisements show examples of what may be included, but exact contents vary between boxes.
Return Window
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange your return.
This 30-day window is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Your refund goes back to the original payment method — please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right. This applies regardless of the 30-day window above and does not affect your statutory rights.
