At Clubhouse Goods, every Golf Mystery Box is packed to order and individually curated for each customer. As a result, orders may take up to 5 business days to be prepared before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
International: 5–18 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence.

Because every Clubhouse Goods Mystery Box contains a random assortment of golf products, we cannot accept returns simply because you were hoping to receive different items. By purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge that the contents are intentionally random.

However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return your order after receiving it, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
All original packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
