At Clubhouse Goods, each Golf Mystery Box is prepared individually. Due to the bespoke nature of our boxes and any customisation involved, order processing may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
• Europe: 5–14 business days
• International: 5–18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, customs processing, and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the customised and bespoke nature of our Golf Mystery Boxes, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Mystery Box Contents

Each box contains a random selection of golf accessories and gear. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific items. Product images and advertisements are examples of items that may be included, but the exact contents will vary between boxes.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase may be required

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
