Shipping and Delivery
Here's what to expect once you place an order with us, from packing to delivery.
Order Processing
Every box is hand-packed to order, and packing time is included in our delivery estimates below.
Custom and personalised orders can take longer. If you have a deadline, such as a birthday, an event or a golf day, let us know when you order and we will do our best to work to it.
Delivery Times
- UK: 3 to 10 working days from ordering, including hand-packing, sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Working days only, so weekends and bank holidays are not counted.
- Europe: 5 to 14 working days once dispatched
- Rest of world: 5 to 18 working days once dispatched
These are estimates. Courier delays, customs and the run-up to Christmas can add time.
Delivery Costs
- UK: £2.99, Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more, applied automatically at checkout
- European Union: £14.99, tracked and insured
- Rest of world: £19.99, CHG International Tracked
Any import duties or local taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched. If the tracking has not moved for several days, get in touch and we will chase it.
Sending as a Gift
