Golf Gifts in Time for Christmas: Ordering and Delivery
Christmas 2026
Golf Gifts in Time for Christmas
Will it arrive in time, and does it need wrapping? The two December questions, answered, plus everything else worth knowing before you order.
When to order
Every box is hand-packed to order, and UK delivery takes 3 to 10 working days from ordering, packing included, on Royal Mail Tracked 48. Working days only: weekends and bank holidays do not count, and there are plenty of those in late December.
- Late November to early December is the sweet spot. Everything is in stock, nothing is rushed, and the box sits in a cupboard until the day.
- Mid-December is cutting it fine: allow the full 10 working days, and order early in the week rather than on a Friday.
- The final week is where it gets tight. Check the last order dates before you buy, not after.
Personalised or custom orders take longer. If you have a date in mind, let us know when you order and we will do our best to work to it.
Last order dates for Christmas
Last order dates for Christmas 2026 will be confirmed here and on our shipping page once Royal Mail publish their posting dates, usually in November. We will not guess them in advance.
Does it need wrapping?
No. Every box arrives in its own premium packaging, ready to hand over or put under the tree. There is no inner box to unpack and re-wrap, and nothing inside has a price on it.
You can add a gift message at checkout, and there is a personalisation option if you want a name on something inside.
Can you send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout and yours as the billing address. Add a gift message so they know who it is from; a box of golf gear turning up unannounced is genuinely confusing.
The one detail to get right
Every box includes a glove, so checkout asks for a size and which hand. Golfers wear the glove on their lead hand: a right-handed golfer wears it on the left. Buying blind, Medium and left hand covers most adult men. Our glove size guide has the full breakdown, and if it arrives wrong we will replace it.
Christmas golf gifts by budget
| Budget | Box | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Around £30 | Members Box, £28 | Secret Santa, a stocking present with some weight, or a first golf gift. |
| Around £50 | Captains Box, £54 | The main present, and the one most people land on at Christmas. |
| Around £100 | Presidential Box, £94 | For a dad, a father-in-law, or the golfer who already owns everything. |
Left it late?
Past the last order date? A printed note promising a box in the first week of January is not a disaster for a gift that will mostly be used in spring, and it beats something bought in a panic on the 23rd.
Common questions
How long does UK delivery take?
UK delivery takes 3 to 10 working days from ordering, packing included, on Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is £2.99, and free on orders over £100. In the fortnight before Christmas the network runs at full capacity, so allow a few extra days.
Where do you deliver?
UK-wide, with international tracked options at checkout. Costs and current timings are on our shipping page.
Can I return it in January if it is not right?
See our returns page for the current policy. For a gift, the thing most likely to need changing is the glove, and we will swap that.
Will the contents be the same as the photos?
Mystery box contents vary; that is what a mystery box is. The categories are consistent: balls, a glove, headwear, tees, markers and accessories. The Presidential Box has a guaranteed contents list if you want certainty.
Is it obvious it is a mystery box?
Yes, and that is usually the fun of it. If you would rather they knew exactly what they were getting, Build Your Box lets you choose the contents.
What about an advent calendar?
Our Golf Ball Advent Calendar is twelve collector balls behind twelve doors, limited to 75. Our guide to golf advent calendars explains what is in most of them and how to judge one.
Ready to buy?
Ready-to-gift boxes from £28, a limited advent calendar and stocking fillers from £4.99.
