What B grade means
These balls show moderate cosmetic wear and player markings but remain fully playable. Every ball is cleaned and quality checked before dispatch.
Who they suit
Regular golfers who lose a few balls a round and would rather not lose new ones.

Shipping & delivery
Every order is packed by hand, and packing time is included in the UK estimate below.

- Europe: 5–14 working days once dispatched

Tracking is emailed once your order is dispatched, where available. Delivery estimates can vary with courier delays and customs processing.
Returns & refunds
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll talk you through the return. Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase may be required.
Once your return arrives and has been checked we'll confirm the outcome and refund to your original payment method. If anything turns up damaged, faulty or not as described, get in touch and we'll put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights.
