We run a free golf giveaway every week. No purchase needed, no catch — a new prize goes up, entries stay open for the week, and a winner is drawn and announced.

How our golf competitions work

Each week we put up a prize from our own stock — golf balls, gloves, caps, accessories and occasionally something bigger. Entry runs through our Instagram and TikTok, it is free, and it is open UK-wide. Winners are drawn at random and announced on the same channels.

Why we run them

Honestly? Because it is the best way we have found to get our gear into the hands of golfers who have not bought from us before. We would rather give away a glove and have someone find out the quality is real than spend the same money on an advert nobody reads.

It also means we get to see what people actually want. The prizes that get the most entries tend to end up in the boxes.

• Golf balls — premium graded balls, usually the same stock that goes into our boxes
• Gloves — tour-standard, in your size
• Headwear and accessories — caps, markers, tees, towels
• Occasional bigger prizes — full mystery boxes and, now and then, equipment

Golf competitions, raffles and giveaways: what is the difference?

Worth knowing before you enter anything, ours or anyone else's.

• A free prize draw costs nothing to enter and the winner is drawn at random. That is what we run.
• A raffle or paid competition charges for entry. In the UK these are regulated, and legitimate operators either license them or include a genuine free entry route.
• A skill competition requires you to answer a question or complete a task, which is how many paid golf competitions stay on the right side of gambling rules.

If a competition is asking for money and does not explain which of those it is, that is worth a second look.

How to actually win golf gear

Two things move the odds more than anything else. Enter early — plenty of draws close before people get round to it. And enter the smaller ones. Everybody piles into the driver giveaways; far fewer bother with a dozen premium balls, which is the prize you would actually use every week anyway.
